Organic Brown Rice Vinegar

Made from whole organic brown rice, high quality natural water, and Koji seed. It is manufactured traditionally under strict quality control and it takes about 500 days in wooden kegs to mature. It contains about 90 organic components and amino acid. It is characterized not only by its high nutritional value but also by its fruity aroma and light acidity.

A great seasoning that enhances the flavour of grain, vegetable and fish dishes. It can also help balance salt and fat as well as reduce one’s cravings for strong sweets.
