Organic Low Salt Shoyu Sauce

Health Paradise Shoyu production allows organic fermentation to proceed at its own natural pace according to the seasonal temperature. It is aged through 18 months of interaction with a myriad of microorganisms in a  natural environment. This low salt shoyu contains no chemical additives. 

This shoyu sauce contains a reduced sodium content is made through a double fermentation process. With the unique double brewing process, this low salt shoyu has the same strength of regular shoyu but with half the sodium content. The salt used in the fermented products is different from traditional salt.

Can be enjoyed in soups, salads, casseroles, and as a condiment. A great low sodium alternative to salt in cooking.
