Organic Rump Steak

Rump steak, also known as sirloin steak, is considered to have more flavour than other cuts. It is a tender, good everyday steak taken from the lower back of the animal.

Australian Organic Meats (AOM) Group produces and supplies exceptionally high quality organic beef, with both the environment and the consumer's health in mind. They place a strong emphasis on animal welfare. Using sustainable methods in organic farming to make sure the animals are raised organically, the way nature intended, the livestock grazes on pasture totally clean of synthetic chemicals, herbicides and pesticides. Animals are also free from antibiotics and growth promotants. 

Cattle are raised on the abundant lush grasslands of Central Queensland, the Channel Country, Darling Downs and northern New South Wales as well as the vast grasslands of northern Western Australia. All products are produced without gluten and preservatives. The beef processes full mineral, nutrients and omega-3 fatty acid profile which is common of green pasture raised animals. AOM cattle do not feed on corn, grain, animal agricultural or industrial by-products. They eat only grass and hay, the way we believe cattle were meant to eat. 

Store chilled at 1-3 Degrees Celsius and best consumed within 1-2 days, otherwise freeze for later consumption. Chilled and frozen options available. With bulk prices for even greater savings!
